How to Donate

Dear Friend,

Whether you are a regular member of Boulder Friends Meeting, a regular or occasional attender or simply supportive of our activities, we invite you to consider making a donation, of any size to support our work in the world.

Boulder Meeting of Friends, like most Friends meetings does not take collections during worship, but we do need money to function.

Here are some of our expenditures:

  • Keeping our meeting house building and grounds in good working order
  • Distributing The Miscellany
  • Providing child care for our youngest attenders
  • Contributions to non-profit Quaker organizations, including
    • American Friends Service Committee
    • Friends Committee on National Legislation

Outside the Quaker community, we support many organizations that have an impact on peace and justice near at home and far away.  And, we help fill the most basic needs for people in the Boulder community through several local organizations such as the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) and Boulder Outreach for Homeless Overflow (BOHO).

There Are Many Ways To Contribute…

Online - When you click on the button below, your online donations are handled by PayPal and its secure servers, so you can be assured of safety in the transaction.  PayPal allows you to use your credit card without having to join and charges 2.2% plus $0.30 per transaction.  Please note: You do not need to join PayPal or have a PayPal account to make a donation.  You can simply choose to use your credit card. When you make a donation to The Boulder Meeting of Friends, you demonstrate a desire to support peace and compassionate action not only in our local community here in Boulder, but among our unique network of Friends around the world.

We are grateful to the countless individuals throughout the history of Boulder Meeting of Friends for the care and commitment they have given and hope that you will continue in this tradition.

Thank you for your prayerful consideration and generosity.
