Heartfelt stories of Quakers who helped in Europe after WWI.

The stories begin 1/2 way down page.  They will remind some of us and newly inform others what it might have been like for Robin and Jack  to do this in Germany after WWII.

I’ve read several of these stores, some quoting grandparents who volunteered with the new AFSC to feed starving Germans and French, help farmers renew their fields and plant, etc. So touching. Such a legacy of selfless service.
